The Company currently has 47 employees.
The Company’s currently operates with numerous agents overseas maintaining good deals within the Italian and German markets for accommodations and excursions and offering several services below
We offer specialist destination services to our clients to enable them to shape and develop the initial vision for their product. Our vast network of service providers enables us to provide creative and cost-effective solutions in planning holidays, meetings, conferences & special event.
We have contracted rates with most hotels and hotel chains on the island to be able to offer you the best possible recommendations to suit your request. We share an excellent rapport with all hotel reservation offices and assure of you of prompt responses to your requests.
We offer personalized assistance at the airport by our professional representatives. All our clients are welcomed at My Holidays Counter 4A in the tour operator’s hall and guided for the check in formalities inside the airport for departure.
We offer shared airport transfers by comfortable air-conditioned minibuses and coaches and private airport transfers by standard, deluxe & luxury cars driven by experienced, courteous, bilingual chauffeurs.
Our excursions are designed keeping in mind the interests of all guests to discover and carry with them varied impressions of this Paradise Island. Our professional guides and chauffeur guides will help you enjoy the beautiful colors of this island.
At My Holidays we believe that we are responsible for making each guest’s holiday perfect to enable them to return home with pleasant memories and adorn their photo albums. We therefore assure personalized services at all hotels. Each of our guests is met by a hotel representative at the earliest opportunity at the convenience of the guest to ensure if they are comfortable and to understand their interests. The guest is then offered our suggestions to help them discover the island and enjoy their holiday as per their interests. Our representatives offer round the clock assistance to all guests through their stay.
We do our utmost to ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday for all our guests. However, in case of an accident or illness, we provide prompt assistance in securing emergency medical attention from a reliable doctor or clinic. Our representatives give personalized attention towards the progress of the guest’s fitness and provide the necessary assistance required before being certified fit by the doctor to continue his holiday or to travel to return home.
